December 2025 | Read Online

Hey there! 👋
MindNote is sending only one newsletter per month to keep things focused, meaningful, and easier for everyone to follow.
And since we’re already in the holiday season… Merry Christmas to all of you!
Thank you for being part of this journey and for supporting MindNote throughout the year.

This Month’s Highlights

Android App Progress

December has been all about the Android app.
The new version is now available on Google Play!
If you already have an older version installed, please update. or reinstall. to make sure you get access to everything.
This new release is much closer to the web app in design, stability, and available features.

Download the new version:
Google Play Store

A huge thanks to everyone who reported bugs, tested early builds, and shared suggestions. Your feedback directly shaped this update.

iOS App Started

Good news for iOS users!
Currently working on the iOS version.
There have been many requests for it lately — and that enthusiasm is fantastic.
More progress updates coming soon!

⚠️ Security Incident: Carding Attack (Now Under Control)

In the past days, MindNote was the target of a type of fraud attempt known as a carding attack.
Scammers attempted to abuse our payment provider, Fastspring, by testing stolen credit cards through small automated transactions.

At one point, the attempted charges climbed up to $10,000 USD, but thanks to fast coordination between MindNote and Fastspring, everything was blocked and is now fully under control.

Important notes:

  • No user data was ever at risk.

  • No MindNote accounts were compromised.

  • The attackers were trying to exploit the payment provider, not MindNote nor its users.

  • All fraudulent attempts were stopped (Still working on it).

You can read the full story, including those very stressful days, on the MindNote blog here:

MindNote doesn’t think digital robbery is cool at all, and will always do the best possible effort to detect and block any kind of fraudulent activity before it reaches you.
